1. Investor Categories & Eligibility

Heka Funds SICAV p.l.c. is structured to admit the following categories of investors:

– Qualifying Investors and Professional Investors as defined in the Offering Documentation
  – Minimum Investment: €100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies)
  – Investors must self-certify that they meet the MFSA’s definition of a Qualifying Investor or Professional Investors

Note that each investor must maintain the minimum investment amount, unless reduced by adverse NAV movement.

2. Subscription & Transaction Process

Investors may subscribe directly into any of Heka’s Sub-Funds by following these steps:

– Subscriptions
  1. Request the relevant Application Pack for the chosen Sub-Fund. (to insert the
  2. Complete and sign the Subscription Agreement, including investor declarations.
  3. Submit due diligence documentation and wire funds to the designated account.
  4. A Contract Note will be issued confirming the number of shares allocated.

– Switches
  – Investors may switch between Sub-Funds by completing a Switch Form and complying with eligibility and internal fund policies.

– Redemptions
  1. Complete the Redemption Form.
  2. Submit via the Fund Administrator within the cut-off time.
  3. Redemption proceeds are paid within the timeframe outlined in the Offering Supplement.
